I think I’m doing an Ollie but it’s not very high, and my next goal is to do one over a boye any tips?

Box jumps help with height. For really high Ollie's I would recommend dryland training!

Aim for more pop off your back foot. Maybe bounce your front foot down a bit before you do it to create some pre-bounce.

Try to find a nice straight line on a course and start practicing Ollie’s all the way. This way you can get comfortable in doing the movement of jumping. If you want to get higher, you can try to do a small “pré” Ollie and directly use that small impact on the water to launch your higher Ollie. Another tip is before jumping, try to push your front food down a little harder to create a small wave under your board. Directly afterward push down on your back leg and pull on your front leg to Ollie
Try to Edge Hard and ollie. You can also do some half loadeds. As you do. more and more ollies you will get more height.
Also remember to make the board pop and then tuck your knees up under yourself. I find that helpful
Try getting your front arm close to the body and before the very jump, try to shake the water a bit with your front leg. Getting more pressure on the back leg can help too. Good luck)
I always focus on what I’m doing with my front foot. I push down with my front foot and then slap my front foot down on the way back down from the prebounce as hard as I can
Just practice next to the boye and pop everytime a little more, when you see your board higher than the obstacole (and you feel confident) just go for it!
Try and Ollie over a bouy. That always helps me
I’m working on this and I’m finding it difficult getting pop from my back foot. Help?!
I was told to practice rocking back and plying on the dock which was useful
