How low should you get to the board. Or should you keep a normal stance but just weight shifted onto the back leg ?
Go low and slowly press you back foot on the board
Just a slight bend in the knees but not a ton
A continuous rocker shape board is required
You don’t have to get that low just bend your back leg a little and put all your weight on it
If you have a long flat box, try dragging/leaning on your back hand
Shift your weight to back leg also bend your back leg and stretch your front leg
Not a lot, just a little bit and pull the nose up!
