First, you gotta feel the movement of back somersault on the ground. Then you should try backflip jump to the foam pit. Remember to group your body and spread your legs, bended knees and don't be afraid to jump without looking back. Then you jump, move knees to chest really hard and then you'll see everything. Backflip is much easier than front cause you see the landing. Roll back and don't be afraid. The main thing is to start rolling at the top of the jump and keep your knees spread, stay safe
