when I do the fs flip it flips the whole kickflip but I doesn't do the whole 180 spin. So its a kickflip 90 help pleas

Land with more pressure on your front foot and pivot when you land. Wind up your arms more that should help too
Try a scoop it more than pop the 180 and just do the kick as you usually would
Try turning your shoulders and pop it up sort of vertically like a hardflip but you rotate your body fs
