I often find it easier to pop and Ollie and worry about rotating after that, if you start to turn your shoulders at the start of the Ollie by the time the board flattens out in the air you should be about 90° round, as the board falls back to the ground ensure your soon to be front foot (backfoot) continues the rotation, if you land a little scew wiff the pressure from that foot should make it slide round and you’ll get that lovely “screeeet” noise like when you power slide

Ollie but scoop your back foot a little. Pop like a normal Ollie and try to just get a 90 degree turn. Once you get comfortable scoop more until you get the full 180
Maybe try and jump more strait up rather than worrying about the rotation just make sure you put tension on your shoulders before you pop than while your in the air you release your shoulders and your body should follow
