how do u do the slide with your foot

Rotate your ankle around 45° and then slide up... Try doing this without poping and when you can do it well slam the rear of the board as hard as you can while sliding up

You have to let the ankle of your front foot go kind of loose (Not limp) and slide your foot up the board.
To be honest my foot does it on its own
Make sure your front leg is facing the direction that you are going don't slide with your foot
Facing the way your pointing your feet
Twist your ankle and slide the aide of your foot
You slide it with the side of your shoe, try aiming the slide below your pinky(if that makes sense)
You want to drag the side of your foot up the board, not the sole. It should be about 90% with the board, but more importantly it should just be comfortable for you. It'll tear up the side of your shoe, but that just means you're doing it right. Good luck!
Kind of let your ankle go limp. Pop that tail, jump, leaning over your front foot drag the board up.
Uhhmm use your brain to move your foot?!
