By watching and trying to immatate the arm movement of an experienced skater doing this grind will help with your landing also try and stay directly above your board and stomp that shit

It's similar to when you do the "fs boardslide". You body position and rotation is a great factor. Also keep in mind that speed makes it easier.
- Don't rotate too much
- Stand upright over the board/lean in the direction you are going
- keep you eyes on where you want to land.(this is maybe the most important factor according to me)

Once your on the rail don't lean too far back. Bend your knees a bit. Lean forward. 90 out. Land it with knees bent a little bit. And roll away with style.

When you reach the end of the rail simply use your arms and shoulders to turn 90° and get of in the straight position. It's really easy: try standing on your board at the and of the rail in the bs boardslide position, without moving (to get on, maybe you'll need to jump or better to be helped by some friends), then turn your arm in front of you, causing your shoulders to move and then your waist and your legs to turn. You'll automatically get of. Control your deck and stay on. Then try moving...

If ur trying to fakie out, trying turning ur body in the same direction as when u got on the rail. Otherwise try turning ur body the other direction and lean back a little. Also try twisting ur arms
Try and manuel out or turn your board super quick when u get off the rail
Try and ollie off
Yh ! I had the same problem simply slide to the end of the rail roatating 90 degrees or if ur in the middle of the rail lean back slightly and and pivet till ur of
the rail hope it helped
Just turn your shoulders and ankles
Я вообще хз че ты спросил братишка😂
Try to come out fakie it might be easier
Don't learn fake first because it will be harder to learn normal. Just move your hips and use arms for extra momentum. Than get good at that then learn fakie
I started doing very small BS boarslide on a 5" high and 4" large flat beam. Just praticing to get on and get off.... not really sliding but at least getting the motion. Once I got use to it, I steped it up to a regular 2 3/8" coping... only 10" high... The more you get use to it, the longer you can try to slide before getting off. Practicing progressively is what helped me. I've been skateboarding for only 4 months and at the moment I can BS boardslide on a 16" high coping :)
Remember to lean the right way.
your goal is to make a boardslide to the end of the rail at the outset is a difficult tricks because it lasts and so the best advice is to try again and again this tricks to sack him but also tries to force you to keep the right shoulders
When you re going to get of the rail try not lean backwards.
Make sure your comfortable with fs 180 and ollies. And commit
Well for tge most part you have it down. Once you are on the rail you need to decide if you want to land regular or fakie. If you want to land regular, you need to twist your upper body back towards the way you started as soon as your on the rail. This gives momentum to your board, allowing it to turn with your body. After that, you just ride off smooth. Now if you want to land fakie, you just complete the 180 spin once you are at a 90 degree angle on the rail, if that makes sense.
More speed! If you got it down good that's the problem.
Try not to put your board horizontal to the rail but try to put your board slantwise, so when you come off the rail, you don't need to do much effort to roll on, I had the same problem
You have to set your shoulders to turn off the end of the rail and your legs will follow suit. Just make sure when you turn off.........don't' lean forward or back or the board will flip underneath you. Just keep your weight centered, shoulders set up to turn, and keep your balance.
You just need do a degree 90 turn
Turn your shoulders before get off the rail and look forward u
Maybe try going a little faster and use wax to get yourself off.... it's going to take a while getting used to it
Try to Grind like the end of the rail like you can just ride off
Ok
Get more speed and turn ur shoulders when ur at the end of the rail
Try to put your arms in front of your body when your on the rail/ ledge (wherever you'll try it). This will make it easier to stay on the Board. If the toes of your front foot will stand a little more on the front axe, that will also make it easier to stay on your board and land that trick.
One thing is to wax the rail and with the same motion you got on the rail, keep that motion flowing while exiting the rail.
put ur piece of wood on the rail and watch ur self slide across it and ur done.
swing ure ass
Find a short rail and practice just sliding of it. At least that's what I did.
I would try going faster, may make it easier to come off the end of the rail.
begin to land your boardslide to fakie:)
Make sure that you get ready to turn before exiting the rail. Start turning your shoulders before you come off and the board will start to turn as well.
When you approach the end, put slight wait on your back foot and commence a kickturn like motion.
when your about to get out turn your body as if your doin a 180
Simply turn 90 degrese to to the left or right and dont lean too far back lean a bit forward and bent your knees
When I first learned this I was scared to go fast, but I couldn't roll away so I tried it. Try going at it with a little extra speed. It helped me at least.
I just learned this trick today, and I had the exact same problem ! Firstly, you have to get out of the board slide regular, you don't have to pop when you want to get out, but you have to do like a revert motion and at the exact end of your slide, you just move fast your feet and land regular. It may help if you land first on your back trucks and then just slide your front trucks 90 degrees, but try to get all of that in the air, it looks way cooler and it is more comfortable .. Hope that helps
Lean back a little bit when u get near the end of the rail and turn your shoulders to your regular position
Turn your shoulders
Make mutch speed not too mutch so u can slide of in a quik move
turn your shoulders the way your trying to come off lol
Rotate your whole upper body and nudge yourself off
Just turn you shoulders and body the direction you wanna come out, 90 degrees to the left
rotate your shoulders and do a mini ollie 90
Try and ollie off
Prqtice
Put your board at the edge of something flat like a rail or ledge and practice turning your shoulders out
Start to Turn your upper body when you get to the end of the rail and do a 90 off. Or land in a kickturn and turn straight
Just get on at the end of the rail, then push down once you get off
Turn your shoulders to how they were then turn your hips
Turn your showlders the way you want to exit
It’s because Im Battman
Leander more front
Turn when coming to the end
Du Musst einen ninete machen
Turn your shoulders and add pressure on the tail at the same time.
You have to go of the end of the rail
Try turning with your shoulders
