When I try this trick I get two feet on the board when I'm on the rail but I cant get off the rail, can anyone help???

I need help with bs board slides I can get the board up to the rail but I cannot get my feet to follow the board up to the rail

I can do this on a ledge but on a rail the board flys out in front of me. Any tips?

My back foot comes off and the board hits me in the leg.
