Your back foot should be in the pocket and make sure when you pop the board you want to shuv it hard enough to keep it under you and make sure to use your front foot as a guider so when you do it you back foot is in the air and your front foot is touching the board while its in the air

Jump backwards & pop it down & in front of you ( set you back foot at an angle to help with the rotation of the board)

Back foot in pocket shuv the board like you normally do and stay centered slightly jump back and catch with front foot.

Instead of kicking out kick In front

Try leaning back and shoving forward

Bro lean back more and pop your foot down then forward, practice

The boards supposed to do that, you just gotta jump with the board so jump back, shred it bro🤘🏼

Try pushing your front foot back more that should keep it under you a little more

Rather than trying to change the board's rotation, just jump back with the board.

That was happening to me all the time till i got how to do those, first don't lean forward, that is to keep the board under you. Second and most important thing is that you pop straight down and THEN you shove forwards, otherwise the board won't pop up but behind you

Turn your shoulders before you do it, start to do a 180 but then flick back to regular. If you need to, land with your front foot on the board, and let the other join later on

Scoop forward

Put you back foot on the heel side and give it a big scoop and follow through not push it away if that makes sense

Just try to guess where is going the board, and then land there

Lean back! That’s the only way to counteract it going behind you

Angle you back foot a little to the tail. Your foot will automatically straighten out when you shuv-it out. Also keep your front foot near the bolts, this will help keep the board centered and level.

Try and jump back more. Also keep your front foot over the board
