I find ways of getting manuals longer are spred your feet apart as much as you can without having your front foot on the steep part of your boards nose also make sure your feet arent angled and your body is as perfectly vertical as possible and your front knee should be bent and you can use that to adjust the manual while doing one also keep back leg strait

Personally I like to turn very slightly to my right to help balance because I am not ambidextrous, When doing a Manuel, have your front foot in an Ollie like position. Using your arms and hands in the air or in a stance to help you balance is highly recommended. I wish the best to your goals man!

You can get more speed. The faster you go the easier it is. Also practice balancing your manuels.

Well I've manual two basketball courts . so if you can do half then all you have to do is keep that same balance and go a lot faster and you'll be alright

Everyone puts their foot in an ollie position but i like to have my foot in the pocket of the tail because it helps me balance better along with arms up because that is key to the manual also give your torso a little bit of a twist either left or right whichever feels most comfortable and just practice

Really all you for to do is just practice going past distances and you'll get it.

Go faster and try and really lock into the manual balance point. When you get to that point try not to move your arms lots

Basically just practice, try putting your front foot like an Ollie when manualing and try to stay completely still

Keep a eye on your target at all times and never look down at your board.

Recently I loosened my trucks and I personally it became a lot easier to keep balance on two wheels. About the distance, when you are sure about having good, flat ground try upping your speed. That should do the trick.

Yo just know it's ok to swerve and flail your arms all pros do it and it's a balance thing footwork alone won't do it

Just keep doing it and the faster you go the better it all depends on if when u lose ur ballance if u hit ur tail or ur front wheels of the board on the ground then contradict that

Make sure to keep your head over your back truck for the most part to keep you balanced over your back two wheels.

Just try to get more speed or try different foot positions. Personally I keep my front foot around my front bolts.

once you find your sweet spot just lock it, dont move at all and then when u lose balance lean back to your sweet spot, everyone has one you'll find yours

Keep your balance and ride really fast. This is really my own personal preference but it might help you.
Hold it
There are many equilibarte antes one foot equilibrid
Much lurning bro
I had this problem for a bit. What helped me was loosening my trucks. Looser trucks help for balancing, counter to what you would think. With tighter trucks there is less "wiggle room" when your balancing. Tighter trucks are more ridged.
Sometimes I Manuel but I think in going to do an collie so my feet are in a olive position where my front foot is sliding on the board but you have to have balance and speed
When you begin a manual you have to be loose and light on your feet. Raising my hands in the air helps me to balance. If you feel yourself falling one way or another use your hips or knees to make adjustments.
Go fast, that makes them easier
If you shift your weight and keep your foot center on the board it will help
More sped
yes if you wanns go farther lean a bit backer than usual
Practice bro for manuals you need speed and a really good balance
speed is key...
Sounds like you need more speed man.
Try to go as fast as you can then manual
try a balance board to help you gain balance and confidence with this trick
Mets ton poid vers l'arrière
Try to position your feet in different ways, see what works best
Speed man, speed. Balance too but once you’ve got the manual down you need the speed to keep going
Speeeddddd
Find a better balance point
Lots of speed and skill
Go fast

You have to lean back so your tall doesn't hit the ground and having your arms out in front and behind you helps. Ps hope that helps keep skateboarding
