I've been trying all day and all that happens is I fall backwards and I follow all the directions can anyone help?

If you feel like you going to fall back try and lean forward

Not sure if you are rolling or not, easier if you are rolling, faster the better. You'll find that magic sweet spot with back foot somewhere in the scoop of tail where you can control the balance well. Like all things, just keep practicing!

Before you do the manny squat down as if you were going to jump then go into it as you straighten your legs also turn your front foot at a 45 degree angle (don't know how effective this is but it personally helps me go further).

You have just to find the good positions on you’re board
Try to keep your back leg straight and your front leg bent. Helps me
Lean forward with your body as you manual, but put most of your weight on your back foot
Try it on carpet without rolling. Balance as long as you can. As you get better balance, try it on concrete. After you can balance on concrete, do it rolling. Baby steps bro! Keep practicing🔥🔥💯
Move your hips from side to side and use your arms to also keep balance
