Its almost impossible for me to get the right timing for it. Either it spins all the way and i dont land on it.Or i land on it too early

Just jump higher and don't flip it too hard.

Don't flick it too hard unless you want a double kickflip. But just barely flick it & jump higher than the board so your feet don't get in the way & wait till you only see the side of your board & try to land it like that because once you see it & you go down your board will turn over in those few seconds. Trust me I thought I was never gonna land em, now it makes tricks even easier for me.

It sounds like you've got a ninja kick or a baby kick, the kick is really what makes the timing key if u get the kick right it will just flip under u and you'll be able to just about see when it lands so u can land on it, try ur front foot positioning up a little more to the curl where the nose meets the board that's a good spot for flick .

Try adjusting the pressure you use to flip the board to where it lands and the ground grip tape up and then just keep that same amount of pressure that you apply on the board to flip it the same. It took me a year so it might take a while to get used to it. But try your best and never give up
Practice, practice, practice
Try to jump higher
