I got some tips from friends - but I don’t get it down more than 60%. Use your nose pocket as last point for your front foot - I flick at the very top of my pocket, if u drive regular use your top left pocket corner

Either try adjusting your foot position by moving your front foot closer or farther from the bolts or try moving your front foot more sideways when you slide it up the board.
