When i manual, I have my arms in the air to keep my balance so I won't fall off so easily. At the same time I go fast on the board so it's more steady, kinda like a bike. Do this with enough speed and keep your balance steady and you'll be able to master this quickly!

you should place your foot in the middle of your board

Remember it's ok to swerve and flail arms no body's perfect balance expecially Manuela just remember it's not just footwork

Practice on a carpet or buy SkaterTrainers to practice your manual. The best way is to find a position where your completely balanced and don't move at all.

I like keeping my front foot straight and having the front foot also only on the back to bolts of your front truck. That helps me go maybe 10 seconds.

It's pretty easy man, just find you balance point....... Done that well now try it with 1 foot off the deck so if you fall you won't get hurt + it gives you more coferfonce.... Done that? Now try it with 2 feet on he deck same thing only 2 feet on the deck... Have fun manualing, it will probably take longer then a day to land it clean if you do it first tee then good on you! ☺️

Also speed is key

Practice somewhere without big cracks like a tennis or basketball court, I prefer my front foot closer to the middle of the board rather than bolts and just use the ball of your front foot to balance

Lol I can only go a few secs too but what I found is if you go pretty fast down a smooth road or sidewalk and keep your arms out for Balance

Take good speed and get a comfortable leg position. Just practice
Go as fast as you can then manual
I practiced with my brother's old deck and a metal tube and tried to balance as long as I could
Practice doing it on the spot. Then work your way up...
The more you do it the better you'll get
Try work on your balance by using a balanceboard
Try different things for keeping your balance
Only one recomendation. PRACTISE!
Just practice ! Every day you manual ^^
Balance
You need to place greatly your foot or your tail touch the ground
Work on you're balance a little more and you will get flattened out with your board.
Remember to control your balance with your body if you are going backwards put your weight on the front and if your front truck does down put your weight in the back truck
Go faster
Go at a good speed and bend your knees
And don’t put your foot over the skateboard
Practice, Practice, Practice. Get a balance board or just manual mire often but actually try to balance and not just try to lift up your board.
When I manual I bend my front knee a little bit and I keep my back leg straight
Try to lean yourself a bit forward to your front wheels get up and try to stay in this position
How I learned them was just put your board where it doesn’t move and just balance and keep doing it so you get the feeling then do it on pavement guarantee you will go farther I did this for my nose manuals
This is a temporary problem, if you practice a lot you will do a better thing
Just keep working on it
Keep your back foot on your toes it helped me idk how tho
Speed
More than me!!!
Move your arms around
Pretend while you’re manual that you only have those two wheels...
Put your front foot higher on the board
Practice practice and practice. The same happened for me. Try controlling the manual more on your hips rather than your foot. A good way to practice is by balance boarding, that made my manuals much much better, if you don’t know what that is, search on the internet, I am sure you are gonna like it.
Tons of practice. Whenever you ride in the streets try doing it across parking spaces and stuff. Eventually you just kinda learn to shift your weight. Something i learned that helps me is to kind of jump into the manual rather than just lifting the nose off the ground.
You just gotta commit
Try New foot position .
Wath feels better.
Find a balance point
Use your arms to maintain balance and just try to keep your legs stable and knees bent.
You just want to balance your weight and find that seeet spot with your feet
Go in a crack or hold on to something and do it there it really helps
