I can manual for about 15 seconds at the most. Does anybody got any tips on how I can balance longer?

All you can do is practice and try to find that sweet spot of balance.

It's all about that sweet spot! Keep practicing and eventually you'll be able to hold them all day long!

If you slide your tail too much try putting your arms out in front of you when you manual. If your front keeps going down don't be afraid to lean too far back.

I lean back and push my board forward front foot about a inch before the bolts and back foot curveda bit on a 35-40 degree angle
Manny with your front foot locked and your back leg bent and use your arms and flail them to balance
Out the board
You can try to find better covering. Maybe it could help u
Pur your front foot kickflip style, and control the balance with your arms and with your front foot moving it around your toes
You can try putting your back foot in the middle of the tail and keep front foot on the front bults that will help you from sliding your tail on the ground and keep balanced
Open your arms and use them to find balance it's not important if you moove it
I suggest that you would do it stationary until you find your balance. Also suggest trying 360 manuals, which is a freestyle trick that will help you manual longer. Practice the 360s they are sure to help. Also find a basketball court, try cruising around, and placing your foot on the tail, and lifting up slightly. Not so much that the tail drags, just slightly.
