When you pop, try to lift your feet a bit higher and keep an eye on your board while doing the Backside Flip. Use your shoulders when your about to do it

You need to give your body time to turn before you pop the trick. And make sure you jump towards where the board is fliiping

Spin a bit more with your body then the board will follow your direction

just pump a lil bit with ur legs and turn your shoulders faster

I think it helps too try to pop like a normal backside 180 then flick down and just make sure you move your waist enough.to land perfectly in switch

Pretend there is an 18 inch ruler between your feet once you pop and drag. Then pretend you are frozen in that position untill you make the full 180
