How the hell do you turn your shoulders like that?

ignore the ppl that r saying its a fs 180 motion. it's not. a fs boardslide is fs because the rail is in FRONT of u. u spin like a back 180 but u land on the rail half way. just pretend that u r doing a bs 180 and land half way. commit and stick it. at first it feels weird bc u r sliding backwards but u get used to it. make sure u have ur bs 180's DOWN. as in u can do it almost all the time. just keep trying👍

The same motion as a front 180 or just always aim for, your shoulders should be above your feet at all times.

Wind up your shoulders a lot, then when you go to ollie on to the rail spin your shoulders towards the rail, but first learn your frontside 180

Practice a lot of frontside 180 and work on getting the best possible shoulder position that works and is comfortable for you then do the same thing with the frontside boardslides

I would wind my shoulders up like a 180 I would start turning before I pop then pop on to the rail and balance and slide
Front side board slide is the same as front side because it still involves your shoulders except you gotta pop more to get as high as the rail your gonna get on
You dont
Do a frontside 90 and land on the rail or box and bend your knees
Just to a front side 180
Remember to wind up and commit
Turn it!
just
Ignore everyone saying fs 180. You're doing a backside 90. It's called FS boardslide because the rail is in front of you.
