That part depends on your strength
It's about your arm strength
You don't have to be able to pull yourself up if you can get a little more height evry time u should be able to get on top
That's all about arm strength, there isn't really a way to do that without building your arm strength

Do you even lift bro? You'll need to go to the gym for that, no tricks to learn about that stuff just do a regular old pull-up. (maybe put up a bar somewhere high enough and just lift yourself off the ground a couple of times, keep doing that and eventually you'll be able to climb up that wall).

First thing to do is make sure you have the strength by doing pull ups, push-ups and dips. If you want to get up walls right now, but aren't strong enough to use your arms, you can hook a leg. A little sketchier, but does take less physical effort. Otherwise, make sure that your arms aren't bent when you start to pull, because you can't pull yourself up anymore once they're bent. Then, make sure you're using your legs to help, and practice switching your grip from a crimp to your palms.
