Try starting with mats or any padding you can find. (Leaves, cardboard, etc.) This will help with trusting your tuck. Don't bail out in to the side when doing the flip. Go straight back and slowly exceed your landing, and practice just the rotation. For the jump, use your arms to swing upwards with the flip. You can also try it off ledges and gradually go lower and lower till your on the ground.

Pull up your legs faster and stronger
you need to practice into mats, sand, and on trampoline. really work on the technique on tramp and then try it into mats or sand. you need to get over the fear and rotate all the way. hope u can learn it👌😁
Make sure you put a lot of strength into your legs and arms when you tuck, so you get round fast, also try and get a lot more height l, so you don't only get half a flip before you land on your back, and finally, make sure that when you tuck you I tuck in a good position, I untuck usually when I see the sky.
