I just need to know how to mount the obstacle after the leap

First hang down low to get greater range of motion and then push yourself up and out with your legs while pulling hard with your arms. Once your chest is high enough, continue pulling with your arms, and keeping elbows out, lean forward and get your chest and elbows up on/over the ledge. Push up from there and ideally you would kong up onto it or something similar. You may have to work on upper body strength to do this.

Do a chain-up with your arms and push hard with your legs. Make sure to do both at the same time: your gonna have more power (same as a pop vault).

just pull up or jump down
just let go or pull up, it doesn't really matter
Use your feet up on side of the wall with thumb and palm on side with thumb facing down with fingers gripping the top
Push with your legs. Pull with your arms
Muscle up with but also using legs
Once in the cat position, feet need to be about hips high to give you the best traction. Push with your legs while you pull with your arms. If you find this difficult get some upper body strength and try again. Once your up on your arms, kick upward with one foot like you're trying to kick your butt. This will give you some lift to get your feet up and on to the ledge.
