How to do a backflip

Well i would suggest you practice on a trampoline first and then grass what you need to do is throw yourself back and try to look forward as long as you can this is so you dont just fling backword but the most importent things are the jump and tuck first you jump flinging your arms back and then catch your legs in a crouch pisition ammd get ready to land hope this helps

You throw your arms up for air and you throw your head back wards where the head goes the body will follow just commit if you hesitate that's how you get hurt I tried to flair and I hesitated and I slammed straight on my neck thank the heavens I was on a trampoline I still tweaked something in my neck but it could have been a lot worst

Actually I'm still getting over a broken leg with a huge cast so I would suggest doing it on sand because I did it on grass and still broke a bone so yeah just commit to it and try to flip as much as possible, good luck

You put all the force into your legs and push up while you throw your arms backwards to while your flipping get you legs ready and bent for the landing

Never jump backwards that is how you land on your head or back jump up throw your arms up bring your knees to your chest and open up when you feel it's time I first learned on a bed then I put stuff under my bed and I learned backflips off stuff from that and I used too run at my wall and try to back flip off the wall you just have to be comfortable with your surroundings check out my channel to see me do one

Once you got them down on a tramp try it off a object onto mats and go down to lower and lower objects then flat that is how I learned.

Curl your body down with your arms behind you. When you spring up, swing your arms up and your head back. As you leave the ground, swing your hips up and curl your legs and arms in. Tilt your head back to spot your landing, and open your legs. Your knees should be bent enough to absorb your landing. I hope this technique helps.
