How do you put your legs through with out hitting the obstacle

try lifting your hips up Levelled or over your head
Try to put your knees head level
Bring ur butt up too
Jump first and tuck your knees in. Also, a quick test: If you can jump over the obstacle you can bring your knees up to kong over it.
It's needs practice, it's not just gonna happen. I recommend finding a table at a park, and putting your hands on the edge of the table and jump up so your feet come up with your chest. I started by jumping on and off of an obsticale and landing with me feet between my arms until I got used to it and could just lift off
Really bro, it’s just a bit of practice I was scared of doing them at the start, you just need send it, keep your knees up, feet flat and make sure that your arms are apart enough I’ve hit my arms before you don’t want to do that 😂. But aye just send it.
