How are you supposed to get distance and height when you jump a nice distance?
Sometimes it just comes down to how much power/ muscle you have in your legs. The more power the further and higher you will go. But when you jump make sure you are swinging your arms up with power and force. Not that u aren't.
Knee drive for sure helps. Knees to chest
Just run and jump off of one foot
Make sure you use your arms and drive your knee up. If you want a stick always just about equal up and far to come down nicely
