Let's say it different; never put them down first ☠️😉. I started putting down the heel first but now I just put it down flat. With some practice you make your way

You do not ALWAYS have to get your toes up. It is recommended because it make the slowdown easier but it's more about letting your foot slide. People stomping their foot on the concrete get surprised falling but then tend to let their foot slide
To stop The longboard do a speed slide chek is more safety
It depends on how fast you're going
Not always but you should try to do it the right way because it makes the sliding part of the foot break easier
When I foot break I use my heel and put most of my weight in the leg on the board. I hope that helps, good luck!
yes, but it's not essential. the most important thing is the timing, how fast you put your foot down and shift your weight on it
Foot break are better if you put slowly your foot on floor.
I just put the ball of my foot down and nothing else
You could just lightly put your foot down
Start with your toes
Yes otherwise it would drag you back. Keep the toes off the ground slightly.
It ’s good to slide the entire sole of your foot.
If the ground is quite bumpy then yes. If it’s smoother ground it doesn’t matter as much.
No you should have them down for the end.
