Caliber 50's are on my board. They're super sturdy when tightened and I've had them for 4 years now. Really reliable.
Do you like rake?
I prefer bear trucks. They rarely get speed wobble and they're super sturdy. Also i could be wrong but I believe every and any truck can be drop through.
Bear trucks or caliber both are cool for dh ;)

All trucks are possible for DH, prefer some 180mm and if you want better carving some 50degre, i have some arsenal, some Bears, some caliber II, and some Paris Savant. All are good. But i prefer the arsenal in 50 degre.
Reyes has a very solid point. Downhill is possible with any truck. Even traditional kingpin trucks. However, different skill levels will more than likely define the comfort level that each different kind of truck provides. For someone starting out, the struggle is finding a happy medium between agility and stability. Caliber 44's are a solid suggestion. But don't feel limited to certain brands. Also, consider using a standard 50° and use wedge risers to alter the degree of the truck. Play around
Seismic and Gunmetall are the best for dh
Yeah, as said earlier Caliber is one of the best options
