How do you step off the board while simultaneously pushing it forward?

Just as you step off of the board with your back foot crossing over your front foot, you place your weight on the front foot via the heel of your foot, basically pushing the board forward. It it feels kinda like you’re leaning back slightly and that you would slip backwards if you didn’t have your other foot on the ground.

Step 3-4 times, start first by walking and then as you get better start running, eventually you will learn how to do it and do it with speed
It’s not so much stepping off as hopping off. When there is no more weight on the foot that doesn’t hit the ground flick it forward to give speed to your board
Ok, so bring the foot in the back, around the front jump off land on the foot you broght from the back and jump back on normally.
