Every time I try my board goes 180 and I fall backwards. I tried leaning back further but the board just slid out. Any tips?

don't push so hard with your back foot
also get gloves so you could grab your board with one and post with the other in the road
try turn your shoulders progressively, if your board starts to slide too, turn your shoulders from the opposite side
I got u there I grabbed the board harder and lean out a little at the end of the 180
Try to balance yourself that you're evenly balanced. Even pressure, strength & balance. Try to stay straight above the trucks but flexible enough that you won't fall so hard backwards or forwards. Just practice, you'll get there. I've fallen backwards tons of times. :)
The reason your going into a 180 and falling out is because your shoulders are turning with your Coleman. For speed checks and pre-drifts, your shoulders are always supposed to face towards your line and will always be down the hill, for a pendy or a Coleman you are initiating the slide and moving your back shoulder around to do a 180, KEEP YOUR EYES ON YOUR LINE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF AND LOOK BACKWARDS*** after that open your shoulder and the board will come follow your shoulder!
