Can somebody give me tips to get the back wheel up?

1. Point your toes down 2. Throw your weight forward 3. Scoop the back end up with your feet. Try all of these steps in one motion

Lift your front wheel, scoop with your feet on the pedals and lean forward.

When you pull up you sort of push forward
