I always bottle it just before I commit, anyone got any advice for this?

The more you commit the less it hurts! Just Gotta remember that and after a few it's not scary anymore

Try to go really downwind. And over a really small chop. Makes it more like a roll then a loop and a lot less scary. Once you get the hang of it you can start jumping higher

Practice normal jumps without going for a loop and look behind throughout the jump, then look forward to land. I did this half dozen times and then on next one looked behind and pulled the trigger. I'm now looping!
Try to practice small jumps but landing on the nose of the board and with the front hand just before the harness lines. When you get the hang of it just put the back hand further on the boom, pull and look back. Also! lock your feet in the footsraps so they won't pop out during the spin. Cheers!
Get comfortable with the rotation first by practicing with the sail only. Out of the straps take a wide grip, move the sail across and pull. Done well you’ll get a nice loop rotation which translates to the real thing. Just add the jump🤙
