Well you could practice by going on water without the sail and trying to move around and not fall then you will start to get better😁

Start with small steps going around the mast. Try bigger board and watch your step. Keep your body straight.

Firstly stand closer to the part of the boar where mast is, than you just got to pull sail to turn the board upwind faster and turn the sail and throw the sail only when wind takes it
