On my lessons you will gain baasic skills of catching a wave such as standing up, paddle technique, duck dive, behaviour inside and outside the water. I will aso teach you how to get speed, riding a wave, how to keep balance on board.

I'm an italian physiotherapist, swim teacher and certified lifeguard. I have been teachig surfers for two years and during this time I helped ten people to discover surfing.
