Doing spins is all about your head and your hips. When you jump, jump up then twist your hips and look over your shoulder. Don't throw your arms to start the spin, because that will throw you off balance.
When you are leaving the kicker or ground turn your head to have a look at that point then make shoulder turn with your head, bend your leggs and your feet will follow your upper body . When you see the landing extend your leggs and after bend again to absorbe, in this moment turn slowly your head in the new direction, don’t turn before because you will over rotate
And don’t think too much
thats exactly what you’re supposed to do! just practice that and gain the muscle memory now.
