Every time I try I don't fully commit and land 180 how can I stop this from happening?

Turn your head and make your body follow

Practice at the end of a half pipe with your head looking straight over your shoulders. Also practice in just your boots

Don't think of your head doing the work. It's all in the hips

Side hips help you gradually work up to the full rotation. On a cat track, "360" from the wall on the uphill side by carving up it then spinning off to land it.
Have no fear and tighten your core a lot. I had a tendency to just let my head look straight forward but you always need to keep your head pointed in the direction you are spinning.
Keep your head turned until u feel you feet hit the ground. Spit your landing.
Just pop harder and last second turn your feet around
Well, confidence is the biggest part of it. If you believe you can land it, you have to fully commit in order to land it.
probably you have a too small kicker or you turn too slow. you can try to turn your upper body faster and look in the direction you wanna turn.
