How do it
A very stylish and effective trick in switch stance, performed with a sail regrab in the air over the clew side. Invented and named by Ricardo Campello.
1.
Gain speed, find an area of flat water, bear away and go into switch. Crouch down and grab the boom in a wide hold.
2.
Open the sail and simultaneously re‑grab the boom over the clew and pop off by extending your legs. The regrab is performed with the mast hand going above your clew hand. Then release your clew hand.
3.
Once in the air, move your body closer to the clew, bend your back leg and simultaneously pull the sail windward, behind your back.
4.
When landing, release your clew hand and lean over the center of the board, bending your front leg and extending your back leg.
5.
When sliding, move the sail windward, but don't press down with your clew hand. Complete the trick just like you would a Puneta 360 or 540.
