How do it
A grubby performed in switch stance, with a sail rotation similar to a Reverse Sail Body 360 and Lollypop, but while standing in the straps. This is the one hand variation.
1.
Go into switch stance and bear away. Close the sail and pop off.
2.
When taking off from the water, keep the sail closed, release your mast hand and bend your back leg, to group in clew of the sail.
3.
When landing, lean your body towards the nose, bending your front leg and extending your back leg. Simultaneously bring the clew across the wind, extending your clew hand and bending your mast hand. Hold up the sail vertically, keeping it close to your body.
4.
Control the power in the sail while the board stops its rotation to end up in switch stance clew first backwind.
5.
To complete the trick at 360, close the sail by moving the clew over the nose. To complete at 540, move the clew over the nose, but allow the board to turn downwind and re‑grab the sail over the mast side, like when doing a jibe.
