Maybe your approach isn't what it should be. Try to get a consistent approach and lean all the way to the front over your board. Also a wider stance could help.

First I have to know: is it a rail or a flat obstacle? Do you fall or just don't feel like pressing the nose?
Does your board has some flex? Especially on the tip and tail?
My old foam board has no flex, so it doesn't feel like you press the nose.

Try to push the handle down to the nose

Maybe your arm is on a wrong position, u need to hold the handle somewhere in between your foot and your knee, holding your weight on your front leg, it's vary on obstacle you hit, fun box or rail

Push the handle lower in front of you as if your trying to touch the nose and try to lean further over your nose. Hope this helps!!! πππππππππ

Maybe because you take the wait of the nose while you are doing mid trick. so u need to keep wait on the nose the whole time.
thank you very much !!!
How stiff is your board? Are you going out the front? Is the issue your staying flat?
Bend your front leg, straighten your back leg and push the handle to your knee. Keep leaning above the front tip of your board.
Yeah make sure your handle is below hip height because otherwise your body will be pushed up and over which is probably what is happening
Two reasons that could be directly affecting it are: 1. The stiffness of your board. If your board is very stiff it makes it difficult to stay in a press 2. How wide your stance is. If your stance is as wide as it goes then it will be harder to stay on either tip for a press. Other than that it's all practice try and change up the way you approach and the way you lock into the press
these guys are retarded just put the handle down and lean into it.
Play with your angle of approach if you are sliding off. If it's balance, keep the rope low and center your weight over the rail. Front leg bent, back is straight.
Practice on a flat wide slider first, get a solid 50-50 then when on the dock practice rocking onto ur nose, get the feel of pressing into the nose of your board, once feeling confident transfer it to the slider, start with a 50-50 then half way push the handle into ur leading knee ben ur front knee and straighten your back one lean into it and press away! Trial and error is way Having is the key!! Get someone to film you too and review the footage always a good way to see what's happen!
Keep the tension and practice on land to make sure u can hold yourself in that position
Your hand position effect a lot just keep handle low as you can then lean your weight on to front foot also bend front knee and keep back leg stretch.

Try to lean forward as much as possible, while pressing your front food down to the obstacle. Hold the handle with one hand by your front hip and look forward.
