If u are over rotating then have the handle out but if ur under rotating pull it in to ur body and just have balls to do it and then u just need to bend ur need when u land -----<|🏄

Square up just before the kicker flatten your board then just before you pop off the kicker square your chest up your trailing hand leave behind you and you can keep the handle out or slightly pulled in and just chuck it backwards! It's really easier to do just commit to it. If you over rotate you will land on your bum/back and not bad at all, if you don't square you chest before you're at risk of the nose of the board hiring the rope (I've done a few times!) hope that helps
You don't. Otherwise you will Rotate into the rope. Jump up and Throw your Head in your back. Try to Spot your Landing. Go high to make a slow and smooth Rotation.
Keep the rope tight- if you don't have a smooth cut in the rope will bounce and you may catch it with the board. Arm out straight helps...
Throw your whole body back
keep your arm straight and away from you ... if you flip with a crooked arm, you risk rotating in a weird angle
Yes it is super important. Especialy when landing later tantrum to blind or WRAP and it will help you with backmobe
