I really need help! I'm trying to do the kicker hs fs 360, I got the spin but I keep on not grappling the handle .... help!

Some one that was watching me do mine told me that its not about the spin but about the handle pull. So as you you reach the top of the kicker rip/pull the handle in towards you lower back as hard as you can. This will automatically instigate the spin and give you that slack you need to pass the handle.

There is a little cheat. When you ride the kicker on the right side of the cable then start rotation on kicker and pull the handle to the left side of your body and closer to the cable. Pull your left hip to the handle using rotation at the same moment. Handle rope will have lower tension because of decreasing angle between cable and rope. You will pass the handle easier. Good luck.

Keep the handle low and tight to your butt, sounds like your letting it get high and away where it's hard to find/reach it.

Try to Go fast and give some counter edge to Jump straight parallel to the Cable. That way you will get less tention in the air and handlepass will be much easier!

hs fs 360 is good trick for teaching, because you can do it without handle pass. Or you can do handle pass as late as possible. Tips for this trick is: you don't need strong approach, do it smooth, bring handle closer for front hip, don't start rotation on kicker, jump up, and wait a moment, rotate and hold handle near you, if all done right — handle pass is easy. But if not, try to straighten down your front hand behind back, like you want hide handle into shorts.
try to do the handle pass on flat wather, when your just beeing pulled by the cable
Pull the handle to your other hip, meaning if you're regular pull it to your right hip and if you're goofy vice versa. Then turn your head the way you're turning, in this case frontside and keep the handle close to your hips until you get the whole backside rotation. Then just land with the handle pass in the end in your original stance with your knees bent.
The only response if you can't grab the handle: when you just poped, pull the handle close to you, put it on your low back so you feel it and now where to grab it, then finish the rotation. Good luck!
Pull the handle in towards your back foots hip, it'll pull u round faster and also leave it in a place your certain to catch it
Do lots of flat spins on water, flat box, etc. with passing the handle behind you back. Once you lock that the kicker 360 will come naturally.
What I like to do to ensure that I grab the handle every time (I use to drop it more than half the time) I pass it to my back hand right away and do the 180 then have my back hand sitting at my lower back then I grab the handle with my front hand and pull around the rest of the spin this also helps you not over rotate. This is the way I do it but not everyone does so it may not help but I hope it does!
You should work on the HS, not too strong, progressive, and when almost in the end of the kicker give the cable a pull
Try Pulling the handle close to the hip on kicker, right before you spin and make sure you dont go away from canble so you would have some slack
When I do any spin I always put the handle in the exact same spot. You should try with a detached handle or something of that sort to get used to spinning and putting the handle to your lower back and then grabbing it with your other hand. If you can get in a routine of this then you will never again have an issue with popping the handle.

Start the rotation on the kicker and pull the handle hard, try to do these in the same movement
Probably if you miss the handle it means that your hedging is wrong..try to cut in a more progressing way so you will have a moment in which the pull is not so strong and you won’t have problems passing the handle
When arriving to the begin of the kicker make sure your arms are completely extended forward. Then while starting to slide over the kicker pull of the robe strongly to take the handler to your left hip if you are goofy or to your right hip if regular. Then you will advance a bit the cable and will lose tension while spinning. This will give you extra time to be able to catch the handler after rotation.
Keep the Handel in to your hips as you look behind and make sure to keep your knees bent! Hope you get it soon
Try to keep handle closest to your lower back and do it in every handle pass you will always automatically find your handle there. Start small you dont even need a pop to do 360, once you familiar with handle pass so go bigger.
