Approach with a strong edge, flatten off just before the kicker, release the handle with your back hand and square your shoulders, shift your weight over your back foot.
At the top of the kicker, shift your weight over the front as if doing a nose press, pop off your front foot, drop your front shoulder towards the nose of your board, pull the handle in towards your front hip. Suck your knees up into a tuck position to rotate faster. Spot your landing, extend your legs and land weight centered.

Release back hand on the kicker, turn yourself sideways and when your at the top jump and bend your gead down to initiate the flip

As Will said. Same as on the water but pushing off the top of the kicker instead of load off the water.
