On my lessons the most important aspect of progression is a big base and understanding. We will use step by step progression using proven methods to minimize injury and maximize progression.

My coaching experience is 20 years. I taught more than 10 000 riders during this time. I have got U.K. National coach certificate for many years, Coach to World. Also I competed in European and National championships and many weekend warriors.
