How do it
The easiest somersault flip out there.
1.
Align straight under the cable, calculate your trajectory to the kicker, squat low, hold your back straight and begin a nice strong approach.
2.
When your legs tell you you’re nearing the end of the kicker, get a good push and begin spinning forward.
3.
You hand should be somewhere in the area of your stomach, dividing you in half and acting as an axis for your flip.
4.
Once you finish the rotation and spot your landing location, begin to straighten out, stopping the rotation.
5.
As soon as you land, begin riding landward, away from the cable line — to keep it taught.
