The most challenging backside 180. Do not attempt it before mastering the Toeside Frontside 180.
How do it
The most challenging backside 180. Do not attempt it before masterig the toeside frontside 180.
1.
Take a slow, wide, progressive edge, and have enough leeway on the handle to pull up.
2.
When you push off the wake, wait until you gain enough altitude, then draw up your knees, begin pulling the handle behind your back and begin a slow backside rotation.
3.
Turn your head to face your back binding.
4.
Once you have begun the rotation, release your back hand and try to catch the line behind your back as quickly as possible.
5.
After swapping grip, complete what’s left of the rotation, until your tail is aiming portside.
6.
Land in heelside switch.
