How do it
A heelside 360 backside, i.e. a grip swap followed by a 180.
1.
Go in softly, accelerating just enough to jump a wake to wake. While edging, push down hard on your leading leg. Keep your arms half‑bent.
2.
Try to push off as hard as possible and gently pull up the handle. Once you’ve reached the peak, begin turning your head and body over your back shoulder.
3.
While in rotation, try to bring yor legs up to your chest as much as possible. Swap grip on level with your tailbone.
4.
Once you’ve switched hands, continue rotating until you grab the handle with your leading hand.
