A toeside roll where the board rotates heels over toes.
How do it
A front roll is one of the most challenging basic flips. The spin itself is simple, but the hard part is landing on your toes.
1.
Do a wide progressive edge, accelerating as much as possible before the wave.
2.
Jump and perform a front flip, bringing up your knees once in the air. Do not let go of the handle with your back hand for at least half of the spin.
3.
Straighten your body before landing, lower your back hand and have your leading hand bring the handle down.
4.
When landing, shift a little more weight to your toes.
