What can I do so that I know I can make it around? I can ballout already and I've done them into a pit. Am I ready?

Sometimes you just gotta take a leap of faith, literally. I tried my first when I was in the same position as you, and I just decided to really curl up during the flip and I landed on my back. It really gave me the feeling and I could work my way up from there. If you aren't comfortable trying it the first time, try drills like two front flips in a row, or front flipping and landing on your back, then flipping again from there. But don't hurt yourself, make sure you know what you're doing.
