It’s all in your head. Countdown from 3 to 0 and then commit

Get comfortable going upside down by either doing a front flip, or doing a backflip into a foam pit/air bag.

Get a spotter

I use to have the same problem try to first land on your back and then try to go over your head and if you can do that then JUST DO IT👍👍

I’me sure someone else did this already, but it is a mental thing, you are only completely over your head for a split second, if you drive your knees up and lean back you’ll have already flipped.

Get comfortable doing front flips and doing them into the pit then get someone to push I a spotting mat

Getting comfortable on airbag and trampoline doing backflips is always good but if you don’t have access it’s tough. You have to extend up than tuck and look for your landing.

Start by looking sideways then you straighten it up
