I started to learn them into foam at a gymnastics gym, then when I felt comfortable with them just sent it.

Start to flip about 3" off the trampoline and tuck tight. when you get 1 and three quarters around straighten out and spot the landing.
A little update, my tries into the foam pit went ok but every time my first flip would go great but I can stay tucked for the second. anyone know how to fix this?
Always get it first into a foam pit, and after you master it into the foam pit, try it on a trampoline, you might land in your knees or stomach the time, but don't be afraid to try it again.
Start at a trampoline park I would would recommend skyline because their trampolines are really bouncy. make sure you can land on your feet or stomach while jumping into the foam pit. Just commit, tuck for one and don't unstuck for the second or you'll face plant. After that try it in the free jump.
just make sure u tuck wide it will help u spin faster and commit

Try going to a place with really good tramps with no rules against double fronts, and commit to them there.

Foam pit. At a trampoline park our gym. Practice till you get them solid and consistent. Practice getting more hight and throwing them faster. Commit 100% and have fun with them.
Here's what I did: I got some pillows form my house put them on my trampoline and did a double front (just don't let go and keep tucking) and I had my friend push the pillows under me so that I wouldn't get scared and know that I would be safe
Start at the end of the tramp and get a big jump in the middle then don't let go
When doing a dub frontflip jump as high as high as possible, lean forward and tuck hard and hold the tuck until the double frontflip has been completed✅
I did backdrop frontflips to bum drop or feet. It helps to get the feeling of fast rotation. Then after you’ve done that just do a dub front flip and land on your back. You can progress from there.
