I max out at a 540, any tips on how to spin faster?

Try spinning higher and faster and lock your ancles and twist your body faster and tighter

Just continue doing a 540 and you will eventually go faster with time and practice

Use your head and arms to spin really fast. Wherever ur head goes u go
Try jumping as high as possible and keep youre legs straight and together, turn youre head with youre arms.

Look over the shoulder the way u r spinning. For example if I span right I would look over my right shoulder🤙Good luck
Put your arms in
You should pribably leap into it a bit more, and make sure you commit mentaly becausevthat can be a barrier too.
Make your body straight and swing from launch
Start to jump and then with your arms out wip them to the side and then pull them into your chest immediately

Throw your arms super hard and tuck up really tight and try to count the spins
Try to keep your arms close to your body
Need to ask rotation smoothly, with their feet and shoulders simultaneously. To wage rotation head, with their feet and shoulders. View in the direction of rotation of the eye. Strain the press at the exit of the trick.
Throw ur arms and keep dem close to ur body keep your head up

Get more air and hold your spin
A lot of it comes with practice. It can change with technique though, and even then it takes a lot of practice. One suggestion I would have is to play around with technique, such as posture, or run-up(if you’re on ground), and that will help you learn how to stay balanced mid spin. But again, it does take practice and time.
A few techniques for posture are to cross your ankles, but not too much, just your ankles so they lock in a way. Also swing your arms hard, and tuck them in to your chest tightly, so result in a faster spin.
After you do the 540 tuck and land on your butt then eventually land on you’re feet

Get a really high jump, bring your arms in, and spin as fast as you can. I hope this helps!
