Like a 360, you need to keep up no matter how many degrees your spinning, you need to level like a 360... there isn't much of a difference between the two besides how much your spinning

Don’t lean back coz when you spin u r probably leaning back when u start to spin. Basically try to keep your head just behind the bars

You must be a line with your budy

Honestly just practice that’s what I did

Practice smaller spins a bit. Also keep knees bent to cushion the landing

You just try to keep your arm straight up so you are more stabilized.

Keep your legs straight

Try 540 if u land on feet try a little bit mor Thant like 650 then 720 will come naturally

You have shoulders with head run forward, and its feet lag behind from them, so land on the ass. You need to learn how to twist your legs.

Ur probably starting to cork try to keep ur head looking ahead try starting it as low as u can and then progressing doin it higher and higher

Jump as high as you can

you need to flip less.

Get some height and act like you are putting a seatbelt on with one hand and your other should naturally curve over your head

Try not to lean back as much as you can progress slowly
