I have tried doing it but keep landing on my face. How do you do this trick? Please help

Make sure you ride the bounce up off the tramp so you get maximum air, then throw really hard forward and immediately go into a tight tuck, good luck bro!

So, make sure you can consistently do it into a foam pit. Then when you take it to a trampoline, make sure you have enough hight and can hold your tuck long enough for 2 rotations/flips.

Try doing it on s tramp
Keep tucking
Just tuck man, just tuck.
Try tucking your legs
Use a foam pit or some couch cushions and tuck hard
On the second rotation pull your legs tighter
Do u over flip or under rotate?
Jump as high as you can throw as hard as you cant and tuck your chin into your knees
Hold the tuck and comit once you can do it it’s ez
